How does it work?
Practise! We offer every member an opportunity to speak each week in a relaxed and friendly environment.
No pressure- you decide if you wish to speak or take part in any of the Club’s other activities at all times.
No exams –just supportive advice from our coach on how to improve both Speech Making and Chairmanship.
How is the meeting organized?
| 7:30pm | Business –Minutes of previous meeting, Correspondence etc |
| 7:55pm | General business elections. |
| 8:00pm | Speaking programme which varies from week to week including……impromptu speaking, prepared speeches, training modules, word of the day, readings, debates and many more. |
| 8:50 | Coach’s advice and comments. |
| 8:55 | Next week’s programme. |
| 9:00 | Close with coffee tea and biscuits. |

Cost
Joining fee $20- and $2.00 per week covers the hire of the hall biscuits tea and coffee.
Plus approximately $ 32- per 6 months to Rostrum to cover overheads, mail etc.
