3. Register your club editor to the Rostrum website

Information for Victorian clubs who wish to add their club website onto the Rostrum Australia website.

Step 1: Elect your club website editor

On being elected the club website editor is to read and consider the following information:

Step 2: Notify the Victorian Website editor

The president, membership officer or secretary of the club sends an official email to the Victorian Website editor with the details of the Club website editor.

Step 3: Register to the Rostrum Website

If you are not a current registered member of the Rostrum website, please register.

Click either:

the “join” link at top right of the screen
or the “New User?” link in the left-side menu

Fill in the register screen and the contact details for the club.
Red dots indicate fields that you must enter to register.
Create a user name for yourself - be sure to use a username that you can remember. Many of the Rostrum members use their initials and surname as their username. Type in your own full name and in the other information type “Club website editor – club " and your club number eg club45 for club 45.
Click the Register button

Step 4: Wait for Rostrum Approval

The Rostrum National Website manager will review your registration and confirm that you are the member that your club has registered with the Victorian website editor.

On approval you will receive an email with a password.
